Spencer joined the Houston real estate market in early 2002 and is currently the Principal/Managing Member at Overstreet International Management (OI Management). With over 15 years of experience in property management with local and national tenants, Spencer has developed an extensive working knowledge of property management, leasing, marketing, site development, and financial management.
Spencer works with landlords, tenants, and vendors on a daily basis and is proactive and knowledgeable regarding property systems and operations. Spencer currently holds a Texas Real Estate Agents License and holds the designation of Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Prior to starting OI Management, Spencer was one of the founding partners and managing members of Terramont Realty Partners, locally based in Spring, Texas.
Spencer has been in the Property Management arena with both small and mid-sized firms and oversaw a portfolio of over 75 retail centers portfolio across the Houston, Spring, The Woodlands, Katy and California landscape, comprised of small mom and pop tenants to large national retail tenants. Spencer studied at the University of Houston and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Institute of Real Estate Management.

I am an experienced bookkeeper with over 25 years-of experience in accounting. My commitment to providing excellent service for many years helps the corporation create and build a better business.
I was born and raised in Houston, TX. I began working as an administrative assistant for 5 years as I learned all the ins and outs of accounting.
When I’m not working and organizing all the financial transactions, I have two granddaughters that I love spending time with. I also have a beautiful dog, Ace that gets a lot of my attention and is very spoiled.
Destiny Schack
Office Manager
Destiny has been in property management for almost 10 years as an Executive Assistant. Working closely with tenants and vendors of all sorts allows her to act as the filter for the Property Manager to ensure every issue gets dealt with in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of everyone involved.
Destiny grew up in a small Northeast Texas town and graduated with honors before going on to graduate from Sam Houston State University. Her family is her biggest inspiration; she has two beautiful kids and a very supportive husband. She also has two cats that terrorize the house but bring endless entertainment. Her hope is to have many more animals in the future to add to our crazy little family.
